NEW YORK—At Pace Prints, Leonardo Drew‘s works possess a natural earthiness and a deep sense of soul. The refined compositions, which the Tallahassee, Fla.-born, Brooklyn-based artist labels as “monstrosities created in paper pulp,” are defined by their amplified textures and subtle color stories.
Drew’s work is on view at Pace Prints from Sept. 14 to Nov. 3, 2012.

The exhibit coincides with the artist’s solo show of sculptural works at Sikkema Jenkins.
