WASHINGTON, DC—On W Street, NW, at the end of a typical series of rowhouses is a modern abstract mural that really livens up the block.
(I was listening to Tribe Called Quest when I posted this and thought Q-Tip’s reference to being the ‘abstract original’ [lyricist] in “Buggin’ Out” on The Low End Theory album, was a fitting way to describe the creatively painted brick on the side of this house.)
